Learning and Development Manager EMEA (fixed-term contract)

📋 Description

• Develop, facilitate, and drive learning experiences for managers, including core leadership classes.
• Localize global training content for EMEA with directors and People Partners.
• Develop scalable learning for in-person, hybrid, and remote learners at all levels.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive engagement in learning and coaching experiences.
• Coordinate with the Director and external vendors to maximize curriculum offerings.
• Learning strategy and execution: use data and surveys to inform a learning roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years L&D experience with full-cycle instructional design and facilitation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with global, virtual, and in-person learning.
• Fluent in English and Polish; other languages a plus.
• Public speaking and facilitation; experience across multiple EU regions.
• Experience building and scaling leadership programs with reporting/analysis.
