Develop and drive learning experiences for managers, including leadership classes.
Localize global training content for the EMEA audience with partners.
Create scalable programs for in-person, hybrid and remote learners.
Coordinate with leaders and People Partners to drive engagement in learning.
Manage external vendors to expand curriculum offerings.
Use data, surveys, and AI tools to inform a learning roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years L&D experience with full-cycle instructional design and facilitation
B.S./B.A. preferred
Experience with global, virtual, and in-person learning
Fluent in English and Polish; other languages a plus
Strong public speaking and facilitation
Program management, execution, and operational excellence
