- Lead engaging virtual training sessions for new hires on the Clinical Admissions team.
- Design and refine asynchronous onboarding materials (e-learning, job aids, knowledge bases).
- Evaluate onboarding programs via data, stakeholder feedback, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with leadership/SMEs to align onboarding content with best practices.
- Maintain onboarding docs, training manuals, and internal resources.
- Support long-term learning initiatives by identifying skill gaps and contributing to training.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health or healthcare
- Experience in L&D, training, or enablement, preferably for client-facing teams
- Ability to design and deliver engaging live and asynchronous training (slides, e-learning, job aids).
- Strong facilitation for virtual sessions with diverse learners
- Proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Workspace; LMS experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building; cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent project management and time management in fast-moving environments
