🎯 Requirements
- 4-5 years of professional analytical experience
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Metabase or similar BI tools
- Comfort with modern data warehouse/BI stacks; translate questions into metrics
- Proven track record in a data-centric organisation (education, SaaS, CS)
- Ability to zoom out to identify patterns, trends, longer-term implications
- Experience translating complex analysis into narratives for non-technical audiences
