  • Build automated learner journeys and surveys; assist CRM optimization.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience collecting and analyzing learner or CX data.
  • Ability to design and test surveys and perform QA/UAT.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Excel/Tableau).
  • Familiarity with CX metrics (NPS, OSAT) and presenting insights to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Medallia, or similar tools.
  • Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
