- Experience using AI-assisted tools, enrichment, and automation in sourcing.
- Advanced boolean, x-ray, social, and experimental sourcing techniques.
- Excellent synthesis and recruiter-ready recommendations.
- Highly autonomous: manages multiple concurrent, confidential searches.
- Detail-oriented with strong data hygiene and documentation.
