  • Experience using AI-assisted tools, enrichment, and automation in sourcing.
  • Advanced boolean, x-ray, social, and experimental sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent synthesis and recruiter-ready recommendations.
  • Highly autonomous: manages multiple concurrent, confidential searches.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data hygiene and documentation.
