🎯 Requirements

- Logical, structured problem solving with big-picture thinking.
- Experience with leadership assessment tools (DISC, Leadership 360, Lego Serious Play).
- Excellent English and Chinese communication and presentation skills.
- Experienced workshop/training designer and facilitator.
