🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; experience in Leadership Development or Learning & Development.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment; strong teamwork.
  • Logical, structured problem solving with big-picture thinking.
  • Experience with leadership assessment tools (DISC, Leadership 360, Lego Serious Play).
  • Excellent English and Chinese communication and presentation skills.
  • Experienced workshop/training designer and facilitator.
