🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years leadership experience in cafe/food/bev.
• Completed Blue Bottle Academy Barista training or within 90 days.
• Food Safety Certification required for your state/role, or obtain within 30 days.
• Familiarity with Google Docs and online collaboration tools.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to smell and taste for quality; strong listening and guest communication.
