🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in a leadership role or leading a team.
• Barista training completed or within 90 days post-hire.
• Food Safety Certification current or obtain within 30 days.
• Familiar with Google Docs and online collaboration.
• Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to smell and taste coffee/food for quality control.
