🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or related field, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of telecommunications experience.
- Expert-level VoIP and SIP knowledge.
- Expert-level SBC experience with Ribbon/Sonus or AudioCodes.
- Strong IP networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing).
- Proficiency with Wireshark and other capture tools.
- UNIX/Linux command-line proficiency.
- Experience with Remedy or ServiceNow.
