🎯 Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
- Leadership/management experience in a veterinary hospital.
- Experience with budgeting, staffing, and productivity metrics.
- Ability to mentor and develop veterinarians; coaching and case discussions.
- Strong client communication and commitment to client-centered care.
- Knowledge of medical operating procedures and guidelines.
