🎯 Requirements

• Deep Industry Experience: 10 years in banking/FS; MC experience.
• Domain Expertise: Capital markets and front-to-back banking processes.
• Growth Mindset: Track record of landing new accounts and upselling.
• Value Realization Skills: Improve ops and impact P&L via AI deployment.
• Technical Fluency: SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, SQL, Python; deploying LLMs.
• Stakeholder Management: Presenting to senior stakeholders; SaaS value for non-tech.
• Builder Mentality: Comfortable with ambiguity; adapt to AI landscape.
• Degree: BS/MS in Finance/Business/CS/Industrial Eng; ML certs preferred.
