🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations; CPG/Consulting mix.
• Domain Expertise: Demand, Logistics, TPM, Retail Ops in CPG.
• Growth mindset: land accounts and upsell for long-term value.
• Value realization: identify inefficiencies; drive P&L impact.
• Technical fluency: SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce CG Cloud, SAP IBP; SQL/Python a plus.
• Stakeholder management: present to senior stakeholders.
• Builder mentality: thrive with ambiguity; set direction in teams.
• Degree: Industrial/Business Eng, SCM, Informatics, Math, or similar.
