🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years UX research in product/digital fields; 2+ years in lead or senior IC.
- Experience embedding research into product lifecycles; influence strategy and decisions.
- Experience managing third-party research vendors in healthcare/pharma or regulated industries.
- Proficient in multiple modalities: evaluative, generative, benchmarking studies.
- Prototyping with Figma/Sketch/ProtoPie for testing and experience simulation.
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or related field; equivalent practical experience.
