Apply human-centered design to frame problems and deliver value.
Create UX deliverables: site maps, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes.
Collaborate with product, engineering, content, legal, and compliance.
Ensure accessibility standards (ADA) and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and guide other designers to improve design quality.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of experience designing user-centered digital products.
Advanced English (C1+) with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable presenting in English.
Strong ability to navigate complex stakeholder conversations.
Strong portfolio (mandatory) showing end-to-end UX work.
Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
