🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years as a UX Designer in SaaS/enterprise tech; startup/consultancy a plus.
- Degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or equivalent.
- End-to-end UX experience for mobile products (research through implementation).
- Expertise in iOS and Android design patterns and accessibility.
- Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and AI-assisted prototyping.
- Fluent in English and German; strong cross-functional collaboration.
