🎯 Requirements

7–10 years UX/design experience
3+ years leading teams and setting strategy
Healthcare/biotech or regulated environments experience
Portfolio showing systems thinking and leadership
Experience in both B2B and B2C healthcare
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Miro; WCAG/HIPAA knowledge
