- Guide 1-2 3Pillar UX designers on larger engagements
- Lead UX rituals/meetings when no UX Lead is present
- Ensure the UX team understands product vision, goals, values, and users
- Present and explain design decisions to client stakeholders
- Set up and manage engagement tools (Figma, FigJam, etc)
🎯 Requirements
- At least 5 years of client-facing UX experience
- At least 3 years of consulting experience
- Expertise with complex digital products and business logic
- Experience in organizational leadership and influencing teams/executives
- Strong problem solving and hands-on mentality
- Experience facilitating workshops
