Lead Trainer, Drone Pilot Programs

📋 Description

• Primary BRINC trainer for an assigned U.S. region, delivering instruction to public safety agencies.
• Maintain expert knowledge of BRINC sUAS platforms, software, and workflows.
• Oversee, certify, and assess regional contract trainers to ensure training standards.
• Travel up to 50% to customer locations, regional hubs, and offices.
• Collaborate with the Director of Training and teams to support readiness and scalability.
• Provide feedback to product, engineering, and operations based on field training.

🎯 Requirements

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required.
• Experience training public safety personnel, preferably in sUAS or tactical environments.
• Public safety background (law enforcement, fire/EMS, emergency management, or similar).
• Strong understanding of DFR concepts, UAS regulations, and deployment considerations.
• Excellent communication for instructional presentation and coaching.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and extended time in the field.
