Lead Therapist – Head of Rehabilitation

📋 Description

• Lead the clinical and functional rehab strategy for long-term cases in Las Vegas.
• Coordinate reintegration planning with Coaches, S&C Specialists, and Medical providers.
• Act as primary clinical lead for long-term disability cases with timely progression and documentation.
• Collaborate with Central Clinic and show teams to maintain continuity of care.
• Align rehabilitation plans with Strength & Conditioning programs.
• Use injury surveillance data to guide practice and inform prevention strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Athletic Therapy/Training or Physical Therapy; Nevada license or eligibility.
• Minimum 12 years in musculoskeletal rehab; high-performance/sports/performing arts preferred.
• Expertise managing complex long-term injury cases with return-to-performance outcomes.
• Strong understanding of injury burden metrics, recovery timelines, reintegration.
• Experience leading clinical teams; English fluency.
• Current First Aid and Trauma Management certificate (CdS-recognized).
