Oversee timelines and resources across design and marketing teams.
Maintain and improve Airtable and other PM tools with accurate data.
Build workflows and dashboards reflecting real-time status.
Flag risks, resolve bottlenecks, and communicate changes to teams.
Drive efficiency with a solutions-first mindset.

🎯 Requirements

7–10 years in project management, studio management, or creative ops.
Led complex creative projects from intake to delivery.
Deep understanding of textile design and product lifecycle.
Strong Airtable and PM system experience; translate data to workflows.
Drive efficiency, compliance, and adoption of tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
