Lead Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs across product launches and platform modernization.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to define roadmaps and trade-offs.
• Coordinate execution across squads; manage dependencies and milestones.
• Drive transformation: process redesign, automation, migrations, integrations.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Analytics, and Ops to deliver resilient solutions.
• Mentor TPMs and elevate delivery discipline across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 8–12+ years leading large-scale cross-functional technical programs.
• Proven track record bringing products/platforms from concept to launch with Product, Eng, Ops.
• Strong technical acumen across mobile ecosystems, data pipelines, APIs, platform infra.
• Experience leading transformations: migrations, automation, platform consolidation.
• Experience managing external vendors and strategic partners across complex programs.
• Hands-on with dashboards, analytics, and experimentation to drive decisions.
• Strong communication translating technical, regulatory complexity into business recommendations.
