Lead Technical Product Manager, Medical Coding AI

📋 Description

• Define and validate AI/ML model requirements for predicting medical codes.
• Define requirements and expand the Ground Truth data labeling platform.
• Build tools to measure model performance against coding benchmarks and KPIs.
• Partner with ML, DS, Eng, and Coding Quality for accuracy.
• Implement feedback loops to prioritize improvements and production fixes.
• Partner with Commercial teams to measure outcomes and ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• AI/ML Product Experience: Proven track record shipping ML-based products, esp. NLP in language models or predictive modeling.
• Infrastructure Mindset: Built internal tools, data labeling platforms, or model evaluation dashboards.
• Clinical Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with medical coding systems, EHR data, or clinical documentation.
• Technical Depth: Deep discussions with Data Scientists on architectures, feature engineering, and data bias.
• Strategic Execution: From raw data to production-ready scalable AI solution.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborating with ML, DS, Eng, and Coding Quality to ensure accuracy.
