  • 8+ years in game development; 3+ years in leadership on AAA projects.
  • Shipped at least one AAA title from concept to launch with high fidelity.
  • Shipped one AAA game using Unreal Engine 5.
  • Mentored and managed a Technical Art team; set performance expectations.
  • Expert-level Maya/3ds Max/Blender with Python; Substance Painter/Designer; ZBrush.
  • Strong real-time pipelines, asset workflows, performance budgets, and optimization.
