  • Proficiency in Greenhouse (ATS) with clean pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving; translate data into hiring insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage priorities and high-volume hiring in a fast-paced env.
  • Experience collaborating with People Ops on workforce planning.
