Lead Talent Partner, G&A (Contract)

📋 Description

• Own full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across teams.
• Develop sourcing strategies using AI to build pipelines at scale.
• Advise hiring managers on approach, market nuance, and assessment.
• Design competitive compensation packages; lead offers and negotiations.
• Maintain a clean candidate pipeline in Greenhouse with data integrity.
• Engage and manage third-party sourcing resources; monitor pipeline health.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting across G&A, GTM, or Tech.
• Senior-level search management and independent compensation negotiations.
• Expert sourcing, talent attraction, and candidate engagement; AI tooling.
• Proficiency in Greenhouse (ATS) with clean pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving; translate data into hiring insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage priorities and high-volume hiring in a fast-paced env.
• Experience collaborating with People Ops on workforce planning.
