📋 Description

  • Senior IC in People, owner of Talent Development topics end-to-end.
  • Set direction and drive high-impact programs across Talent Development.
  • Partner with HRBPs, People leaders and business leaders to drive adoption.
  • Use data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and prioritize work.
  • Act as a player-coach, sharing practices and coordinating projects.
  • Manage key vendors and tools to enable value delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in Talent/People Development.
  • Proven track record designing and iterating company-wide programs.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management; influence senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical and data-savvy; define success metrics and insights.
  • Deep functional expertise in Talent Development and wider People domain.
  • Comfortable in global, ambiguous environment with high ownership.
