  • 5-7+ years in Talent/People Development.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and iterating programs at scale.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management; able to influence senior leaders.
  • Analytical and data-savvy; define metrics and derive insights.
  • Deep expertise in Talent Development; working knowledge of the wider People domain.
  • Comfortable in global, ambiguous environments with high ownership and clear communication.
