- 5-7+ years in Talent/People Development.
- Experience designing, implementing, and iterating programs at scale.
- Strong project and stakeholder management; able to influence senior leaders.
- Analytical and data-savvy; define metrics and derive insights.
- Deep expertise in Talent Development; working knowledge of the wider People domain.
- Comfortable in global, ambiguous environments with high ownership and clear communication.
