  • Serve as primary escalation point for the Service Desk to resolve complex issues
  • Own maintenance, availability, and business continuity of core IT services
  • Act as Incident Manager during outages and security incidents; communicate to the business
  • Identify recurring issues, define corrective actions, and implement long-term solutions
  • Provide advanced support for Google Workspace (email delivery, permissions, security, integrations)
  • Support escalated issues across Zscaler, macOS, networking, Google Workspace, and Okta

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience with SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta) and API-based administration
  • Virtualization and cloud environments (AWS, VMware)
  • Scripting and automation using Bash, Python, and/or Ruby
  • Familiar with Jira, Git, and GAM
  • Designing, implementing, and improving IT services
  • Strong IT operations practices including security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery
