🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations.
7+ years in supply chain, supplier management, or operations.
Experience in aerospace or automotive industry a plus.
Fast-paced, highly regulated environment experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytics.
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and data visualization.
