🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related)
- 8+ years in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of forming, machining, and assembly of metals (stainless/carbon steels)
- AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems and core tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the work week
