📋 Description

• Lead and coach store team to deliver great service.
• Drive consultative selling and product education on the floor.
• Promote loyalty and enroll guests in rewards program.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Open/close duties, cash reconciliation, and POS accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and SOP compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in customer-facing or sales role.
• 1+ year of POS experience and cash handling.
• 6+ months leadership experience in retail.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
