🎯 Requirements

• 21+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1+ year POS systems and cash handling.
• 6+ months leadership experience in retail.
• 6+ months retail operations, including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
• 6+ months Store Associate experience with consistent performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and teamwork skills.
