π― Requirements
- 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
- 1 year of POS systems and cash handling experience.
- 6 months of retail leadership experience.
- 6 months of retail store operations (opening/closing, cash reconciliation).
- Familiarity with SOPs, safety protocols, and loss prevention.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.
