📋 Description

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment and coach the team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and act as a brand ambassador.
• Drive consultative selling and empower associates with product guidance.
• Ensure smooth operations: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, POS.
• Enroll guests in rewards, capture insights, resolve concerns empathetically.
• Maintain a compliant store environment and uphold SOPs and safety.

🎯 Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role.
• 1 year POS systems experience and cash handling.
• 6+ months leadership experience in retail.
• 6+ months in store operations, including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
