• Lead store to deliver exceptional customer experiences daily.
• Coach and develop associates to provide outstanding service.
• Drive consultative selling and on-floor product education.

• Ensure SOPs, safety, cash handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and maintain a guest-ready store.

🎯 Requirements

• 21+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1+ year POS and cash handling experience.
• 6+ months leadership in retail and 6+ months as Curaleaf Store Associate.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
