- Deep familiarity with the Bay Area startup ecosystem; VC/founder networks
- Experience with startups or VC firms; understand early-stage growth
- Comfortable engaging technical audiences; understand startup engineering workflows
- Thrive in 0-to-1 environments; build strategy and processes from scratch
- Highly organized and execution-oriented; manage multiple stakeholders
- Data-driven; define metrics, track impact, and communicate results
