- Strong domain knowledge in marketing automation, CDPs, eCommerce, analytics.
- Advanced discovery and requirements gathering across multi-stakeholder environments.
- Executive presence and exceptional communication from exec to developer levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and deliver strategic insights.
