Lead Software Engineer / Tech Lead Manager, Growth (Remote)

📋 Description

• Deliver protocol-level A/B experiments on signup flows and checkout.
• Ship full-stack features across the acquisition funnel (Rails/React).
• Coach and develop engineering team via regular 1:1s, code reviews.
• Own experiment design: sample size, metrics, CVR-vs-retention tradeoffs.
• Iterate pricing architecture and payment platform integrations.
• Build and maintain the experimentation infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Led a team of 4-8 engineers with direct reports.
• Shipped and measured growth experiments in a subscription product.
• Write production Rails and React code; JS/Node, Python acceptable.
• Design experiments: metrics, sample size, trade-offs for PM.
• Think in funnels and cohorts, not just features.
• Comfortable with event-sourced systems and agentic AI tools.
