Lead Software Engineer / Tech Lead, Growth (Remote)

📋 Description

• Deliver protocol-level A/B experiments on signup, checkout, pricing with Amplitude
• Ship full-stack features across the acquisition funnel in Rails and React
• Coach and develop your engineering team via 1:1s, pair programming, code reviews
• Own experiment design: sample sizing, metrics, CVR-retention trade-offs
• Iterate and optimize plan and pricing architecture, including payments
• Build and maintain the experimentation infrastructure your team runs on

🎯 Requirements

• Led a team of 4-8 engineers with growth reporting
• Shipped and measured growth experiments in a subscription product
• Production Ruby on Rails and React code; JS/Node, Python acceptable
• Design experiments: metrics, sample size, trade-offs
• Think in funnels and cohorts; state derived from event streams
• Use agentic AI coding tools in daily workflow
