🎯 Requirements
- Led a team of 4-8 engineers with direct reports you grew and retained
- Shipped and measured growth experiments in subscriptions: signup funnels, checkout, pricing
- Writes production Ruby on Rails and React; JS/Node, Python acceptable
- Design experiments: metrics, sample size; explain trade-offs to PM
- Think in funnels and cohorts, not just features
- Comfortable with event-sourced systems where state comes from events
