Lead Software Engineer, Security

📋 Description

• Deliver secure-by-default protections across cloud, CI/CD, apps, and endpoints.
• Lead design reviews and threat modeling for high-impact features.
• Build and scale security tooling for build/deploy and automated detection.
• Evolve detection and incident response capabilities; improve signal quality and automate responders.
• Partner with product, platform, and business teams to improve security.
• Mentor engineers and uplift secure coding practices; lead incidents and tabletop exercises.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in security with strong software engineering; proven cross-domain leadership.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and C#; write production-grade, secure code.
• Experience partnering with product, platform, and business teams to drive security outcomes.
• Deliver scalable prevention across platforms/cloud, apps, CI/CD, identity and endpoints.
• Think like attacker and defender to strengthen prevention, detection, and response.
• Open to community contributions and bot/abuse mitigation experience.
