Define quality metrics, testing strategy, observability; automate where possible.
Lead experiments: hypotheses, evaluation, translate to product improvements.
Mentor engineers via design/code reviews and hands-on guidance.

🎯 Requirements

Strong software engineering fundamentals and advanced system design.
Hands-on Python and/or TypeScript; APIs, services, data pipelines.
Experience designing and scaling distributed systems in production.
Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD, automated testing, observability.
Years of experience: 6+ years overall; 3+ years relevant; 5+ years hands-on coding.
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
