- Prompt Engineering: craft high-performance prompts to reduce hallucinations and ensure deterministic outputs.
- 8+ years full-stack experience with a heavy backend focus.
- AI-First SDLC: use Cursor, WindSurf, and GitHub Copilot to boost team velocity.
