🎯 Requirements

Has at least 6 years of software development experience
Has at least 3 years of people management experience
Led engineering teams on large-scale systems
Skilled at large-scale distributed backends in Go/Java/C#
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Excellent communication and collaboration
