🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years software engineering experience, IC track.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET; Java or Go backgrounds are assets.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases at scale.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools/workflows (harness engineering, AIDL).
• Ability to influence large engineering teams and steer impactful initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication; keep stakeholders informed.
