  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, UX, and engineering.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or CPG ecommerce.
  • Familiarity with merchandising tools, search platforms, and personalization engines.
