- Serve as the technical owner for Atlassian Jira, Jira Service Management, and ServiceNow platforms.
- Design and implement integrations between SNOW, Jira, and CMDB via APIs, webhooks, and tools.
- Ensure data consistency across incidents, changes, and CMDB.
- Collaborate with Engineering, IT Ops, Compliance, and Enterprise Systems to optimize workflows.
- Define best practices for workflow automation, templates, permissions, and escalations in Jira and SNOW.
- Lead upgrades, configuration audits, patching, and performance tuning.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise systems engineering with hands-on Jira and ServiceNow ownership.
- Experience designing Jira-SNOW and SNOW-CMDB integrations.
- Strong ITIL and service management knowledge (incidents, changes, problems).
- Deep scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell), REST APIs, and integration platforms.
- Experience with Agile/DevOps teams and enterprise tooling ecosystems.
- Knowledge of CMDB data modeling and asset discovery is a plus.
