📋 Description

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on shift.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and Titan Management.
• Manage security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training.
• Provide high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Develop staff through performance management and coaching.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of continuous supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or GED with 3 years as security officer.
• Valid Security License; driver's license if applicable.
• English required; bilingual a plus.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
