📋 Description

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on shift.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director or Marksman/Titan Management.
• Manage security officers including scheduling, payroll, training.
• Provide high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Develop staff through performance management and recognition.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years continuous supervisory experience.
• HS diploma or GED; 3 years as security officer.
• Valid security license; driver's license if applicable.
• English: read, write, speak; bilingual a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Stand/sit/walk for extended periods.
