📋 Description

• Provide direct behavior-analytic services to students in school settings.
• Lead supervision of School Behavior Technicians with admin support and mentoring.
• Model best practices for behavior intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with school teams to implement BIPs and educational goals.
• Collaborate with educators to integrate behavioral strategies into routines.
• Travel between school sites within the designated service area.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience leading and managing direct reports.
• Ability to obtain BCAT or RBT credential within 30 days.
• TB clearance and ability to obtain clearances as required.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Must be able to travel between school sites and maintain reliable transportation.
